Bookswapping

So I had just recently begun using Goodreads Bookswapping.  And today I learn it is closing October 31.  Payday is next week, so I am going to be going through whatever people have listed with a vengeance.

However, now I am going to be looking for a new book swapping site.  Does anyone have any success with any particular sites?  Please please please let me know!

  1. Have you checked into RAK (Random Acts of Kindness)? It's a blog feature on a lot of sites where they list books they are hoping for and the bloggers swap books. I know of quite a few that use it.

  2. I've seen it posted on other blogs here and there actually, but I'm still kind of new to blogging, so I'm not entirely sure how that works yet. I guess I may have to check into it further :) Thanks!

  3. I've been using Swap.com forever. It's one of my favorite book swapping sites. You just make a wishlist and a list of books you have, and then the site connects the two and you just swap books. You print the shipping label off the website, and you're guaranteed to get your book. If you don't, Swap.com will charge the person mailing to you for a new copy from Amazon. Win win! I've never had any issues, and I love it!

  4. Two great sites I use are BookMooch and PaperBack Swap. Great way to get rid of books and also to get some to add to your TBR pile!
